Autonomous Shuttle Bus Pilot Project - Report

Studying and working with transportation partners to prepare for connected and autonomous vehicles.

In the Statewide Multimodal Transportation Plan, MnDOT committed to studying and working with partners to prepare for connected and autonomous vehicles. To help do that, MnDOT and partners tested an autonomous shuttle bus as part of a pilot project in early 2018, specifically focused on winter weather conditions. The findings are now available for review.
