Connected & Automated Vehicle Strategic Plan

Studying and working with transportation partners to prepare for connected and autonomous vehicles.

In the Statewide Multimodal Transportation Plan, MnDOT committed to study and work with partners to prepare for connected and automated vehicles. To help do that, we launched a connected and automated vehicle strategic planning effort. We will look at different ways the technology may impact transportation in Minnesota to help shape short-, medium- and long-term investments and policies. This project is just getting going. Stay tuned for more information throughout 2018.
